Hi Swim Parents-

We are so excited for our first virtual meet this Friday!  JJ needs 7 timers total (1 head timer and 6 other timers). Given that we anticipate more volunteers than needed, the Board has voted to do a lottery system for the meets.  We as a Board will do everything we can to make sure every family gets the opportunity to time this season as we recognize unfortunately that this is the only way to see the kids swim.  We are going to ask the senior parents to please not volunteer for this first meet knowing they will have the opportunity to be timers at our first 'regular' home meet for Senior Night.  

If you are interested in timing this Friday, please email Amy ([email protected]) by noon tomorrow, Wednesday, December 9.  The time commitment is arrival by 5 pm with the meet ending at 8 pm. We will draw names tomorrow and let everyone know ASAP who is timing.  

A huge thank you to Kevin Grether who has offered to be our technical guru this season.  He will be on deck Friday to livestream the meet for all of us who cannot be there in person.  We will get that information out to you later this week after Kevin has met with the Rec Center to work out logistics.
