Weekly Update 2/6/2022
Good evening everyone!
First of all congratulations to our UA invite athletes. This week we begin our first taper group! Please make sure you are eating, hydrating and getting an appropriate amount of sleep. If you have any questions about taper please feel free to come and talk to a coach. The hay is in the barn and the axe has been sharpened its time to show the state all the work you have done this season! The sectional entries are attached, changes can be made until 9:00PM tonight.

Wednesday: Lifting 6:00-7:00AM In Water 3:15-5:30PM
Thursday: Power Racks: 6:00-7:00AM In Water 3:15-5:30PM
Friday: Lifting 6:00-7:00AM In Water 3:15-5:15PM
Saturday: In Water 3:45-5:45PM (Swim out/Starts/Relay Exchanges Ladies 3:45-4:45PM Guys 4:45-5:45PM
Sunday: Bus Departs Dublin Rec 6:50AM Please arrive 5 minutes prior at least- Warmups 7:30-8:25Am- Meet Start 8:30 Meet finish ~11:30AM Return to rec 12:00PM
